The ‘Predefined List of Databases’ window allows users to create, delete, and search for databases.
The window appears when the program is launched, allowing the user to select the database they want to work with.
If a database is already open, to access the ‘Predefined list of databases’ window, go to 'Administration -> Open databse (.fdb)...
1. Creating a new inspection
To create a database, select ‘New inspection’.
In the window that appears, enter the name of the control, select the “inspection in company' option, choose the scope of the control, and click “Create database'
2. Deleting a database
To delete a database, click the name of the appropriate database, and then click 'Delete'.
A confirmation message will appear asking whether you want to remove the database from the list of databases. After clicking ‘OK’, another window will appear in which you can decide whether to also delete the database from the disk.
3. Searching for databases
To search for a database on the computer, select ‘Search’, locate the file on your computer, and click ‘Open’. Optionally, you can enter a name under which the database will be displayed.
