The interactive view provides a graphical representation of activities recorded on the driver card or tachograph. This visual format simplifies the analysis of the driver’s working time and detected violations.
1. Viewing Data
To display a driver’s activities, select the desired date range and driver, then click “Refresh.”
The selected date range may cover any period. By deafult there will data range of created control.
To display activities recorded by the tachograph, enable the “Vehicle” checkbox, select the vehicle registration number, and then click “Refresh.”
The rows in the interactive view represent the days within the selected date range. By default, the data is displayed in the CET/CEST time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2). The time zone can be changed at the top of the view.
It is possible to display data from the driver card, tachograph, charts, and data from multiple driver cards (in the case of a crew) within a single view, provided that the relevant data has been imported into the program. Otherwise, the corresponding buttons will remain inactive.
2. Data Description
In the interactive view, each type of activity is represented by a different color. Driving is displayed in red, other work in blue, and availability periods in yellow.
Breaks and rest periods are displayed in freen. Weekly rest periods are shown in yellow, while compensation for previously reduced rest periods is displayed in blue.
The “M” symbol indicates a manual entry. If no manual entry has been recorded, a question mark (“?”) will be displayed instead.
The interactive view displays country codes in different colors: white indicates entries made manually by the driver, while black indicates entries recorded automatically by the tachograph.
3. Activity Analysis
Right-click on any activity in the interactive view to display the “Activities” section on the right-hand side. This section lists all activities performed by the driver on the selected day, including the start time, end time, and duration of each activity.
After selecting a specific time range, the “Selection” section will display the total duration of each activity recorded within the selected period.
To select activities, click the corresponding rows in the “Activities” table or directly on the activities displayed in the graphical view.
You can also select a larger range of activities using the keyboard shortcuts displayed when you hover the mouse cursor over the question mark icon next to a specific day.
4. Editing ActivitIies
The interactive view allows you to edit activity data. Please note that modifying an activity will affect the calculated values and reported violations; however, it will not alter the original digital file. The source digital file will remain unchanged.
To edit an activity, click the “Edit” button located next to the “Refresh” button.
Next, select the desired activities. To select a larger range of data, use the keyboard shortcuts displayed when you hover the mouse cursor over the question mark icon.
After selecting the activities, right-click on them and choose “Change into …”.
5. Analysis of Violations
If a driver has committed a violation of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 within the selected range, the violation will be displayed in the “Infringements” section.
When you click on a selected violation, the program navigates to the point where it occurred and highlights the affected activities in bright red, marking them with a red line.
Violations can be selected or deselected. Only selected violations will be included in the inspection reports and the inspection protocol.
