The calendar view is the default view. It allows data to be displayed in annual, monthly, and daily formats.
The annual view shows information about the data source (digital file, activities added manually). For days when the driver was driving, the traveled distance is displayed. The duration of each driver’s activities is shown under each month. To view another driver’s data, expand the “View” drop-down list and select the appropriate driver.
At the bottom of the window, there is an ellipsis icon. When you click it, a table is displayed showing the duration of each activity. Hold down the left mouse button and select the days for which you want the program to display the corresponding values.
In the monthly view, activities are displayed graphically for each day. In addition, the duration of each activity for each day is shown.
In the daily view, activities are displayed in a table format. The table shows the mode, start time, end time, duration, and the vehicle used by the driver.
The daily view also allows you to add additional activities. In the table, click the cell in the 'Mode' column to select the activity type. Then move through the remaining fields by pressing the Tab key on the keyboard.
After entering all activities, click 'Save' and return to the 'Year' view.
You can also enter manual entries in the calendar view. Select one or more days, right-click them and choose 'Manual entries -> ....'. List of all manual entries is shown on screenshot below.
